De functie / The role
To strengthen our Northern Europe (NE) Immunology Patient Value Unit’s (iPVU), to be based in either Netherlands of Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of:
Marketing Solutions Lead Osteo
As a Marketing Solutions Lead you will develop and deploy the short- and long-term strategic marketing solutions for the Osteoporosis area across the countries in NE (Nordics and BeNeLux). Share impactful patient value solutions across NE and ensure that all locally developed solutions are in line with the defined EU strategy. The activities can be either locally initiated and implemented or part of the EU plan and initiated by the EU Strategic Operation team.
You like to work in an environment where you can:
Take the lead in the implementation of a digital platform for outreach and activation of HCPs, decision makers and patients within osteoporosis together with the area digital SoL
Be the liaison between the EU Strategic Operation team and the area for all strategies and different stakeholder plans across the NE Ecosystems
Keep track of the localization and implementation of the area strategy and action plans in partnership with the local Nordic & Benelux Solution Leads (SoL) and the Ecosystem Leads (ESL)
Being the driver of the localization and implementation of the EU and Northern Europe digital and Patient Experience PeX) strategy, action plan and tactics in partnership with ESLs and local SoLs.
You will contribute by:
Support & ensure consistent localization of centrally developed EU solutions for the Area in line with local ecosystems insights, requirements and drivers
Partner and co-create with local SoL on key projects that will drive patient value in the respective ecosystems and that can be shared and implemented across NE in relevant ecosystems
Align with the Medical Strategy Lead to ensure the highest scientific standards of the solutions deployed in the Area.
Build, Monitor and track implementation and KPIs of the Area solutions by the respective local teams. Further capture insights via Area MR/surveys. Measure value and impact
Take lead of driving processes of Brand Planning and Business Reviews.
Support in aligning on collaboration framework with Amgen our co-promotion partner in osteoporosis (NL & SE) incl. coordinating conference and training of Amgen and UCB commercial field team incl. OCCP (OmniChannelCyclePlans) planning and segmentation
Shows strong collaboration skills with all internal and external stakeholders in relation to the Ecosystems.
Het profiel / Your profile
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
7-10 years in stakeholder facing roles within healthcare
Master’ degree (minimum BSc.) in life sciences, business or healthcare required
Previous work experience as a product, brand or commercial manager in Pharma or as marketing consultant with pharma experience could also be considered
Previous experience from the therapheutic area Osteoperosis is seen as a plus as is experience from working across countries – NE in particular
Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of appropriate regulatory and access/HTA guidelines
Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communications
Fluent in English and knows how to navigate in a multicultural setting
Proven track record of developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem/market drivers
Demonstrated strength in project leadership, business planning strategic andtactical plan development and execution
Experience in leading teams towards common goals and ensuring alignment and consistency to agreed strategy
You are innovative and able to build strong partnerships
