De functie / The role
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager Pre-Analytics
Our new associate will effectively lead the growth of the regional Pre-Analytics business in Northern & Eastern Europe. She/ he will drive revenue and market share gains through our direct and indirect commercial channels, gives input to the development of clear strategies, own and run the regional activity to win business from existing and new Customers. She/he will actively handle the region’s implementation in the field, providing leadership and co-ordination of key internal and external sales processes within the business.
Support the development and definition of the regional Pre-Analytics business strategy
Partner with the Commercial Director in the development of the regional strategy to ensure consistent above-market growth
Team up with the regional Sales Team to execute this strategy, to achieve and exceed monthly and annual pipeline for orders, sales targets, profit and market share goals
Support Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers with targeting and closing new sales opportunities, development and review of customer quotations, while interacting with Customers and Partners
Provide coaching to the associates on effective sales strategies and skills for the Pre-Analytics product lines and continually develop knowledge of products, market and industry trends, competition and customer strategies for new business development.
Establish and maintain key customer relationships in the regions, focusing on establishing centers of excellence and reference sites for the assigned portfolio
Establish and develop a deep knowledge of the market, key competitors and other products in the field.
Implement KPI’s for measuring business success in line with strategic goals of the business for the year and longer term
Establish Standard Work and utilize other DBS tools in order to drive profitable growth and course-correct as necessary
Evaluate product sales trends in comparison with competitive products
Identify training needs relating to the product portfolio.
Actively participate in national, regional and SU Review sales meetings
Support account managers to ensure focus on accuracy of funnel management of Pre-Analytics business and monitoring the sales cycle
Participate in Monthly Funnel Review meetings to manage and drive funnel development for product portfolio.
Assist the Commercial Director in effective budget planning
Lead and assist where appropriate in large region opportunities; establish and maintain best in class quoting and complex bidding operational standards
Pro-active customer visits and delivering of the Leica Biosystems Vision 24 & value proposition to key customer contacts.
Het profiel / Your profile
At least 5 years of experience into the Healthcare industry: knowledge of technologies, processes and selling/purchasing with the hospital environment, competitor and market awareness, especially in histopathology.
Proficient Dutch and English are mandatory
Builds effective relationships both inside and outside the organization – ability to work effectively in a matrix structure and be accountable for delivering business results without direct reports. Evidence of strong influencing and collaboration skills.
In-depth understanding of the requirements and the importance to follow procedures and process as this is a highly regulated sector by the FDA and other governmental bodies.
Strong commercial awareness: deep understanding of capital sales, rental reagent sales and leasing agreements. Understands business on an EMEA scale and that different approaches work in different places
Financial acumen: budgets, forecasting, providing quotations, responding to tenders and managing priorities to meet revenue targets.
