De functie / The role
Position within the organisation
For the last two years we have our own face to face fundraising team! This team consists of a group of enthusiastic Sales driven personalities, who recruit new donors on the street every day! We are looking for someone who wants to manage this team and achieve the growth goals! In this position you will report to the Coordinator Private Fundraising.
Objectives for this position
As location manager you are responsible for managing the team on your location in Amsterdam. You are motivated to let your team grow, selecting and recruiting new team members as required to realise our growth ambitions. You are responsible for both individual performance and the overall performance of your location in the field of donor recruitment.
In cooperation with the Fundraising Officer Face-to Face you will determine plans and targets, continuously analysing results to ensure your targets are reached and, based on your expertise you will advise the Fundraising Officer Face-to-Face on how best to optimise in-house face-to-face donor recruitment.

• Maintaining the right balance between sales numbers and quality
• Translating policies into activities to optimise fundraising activities, appropriate to our brand strategy
• Ensure that face-to-face activities comply with the ethical and integrity standards of MSF Commitment to continuously analyse results and adapt strategies to meet ambitious targets
• You will execute and improve current processes
• Responsibility for the management and development of your team and discuss this with the owners of the location you are using.
• Act as first point of contact and connection with the head office
• Monitoring and making proposals regarding the collection of donor data
• You will support the data management team in the upkeep of data records
• You will implement the HR personnel policy

We are looking for
A sales driven personality and want to take responsibility for increasing results of your sales location. You are result-oriented and eager for a challenge! You want to develop people and know how to touch and motivate them through your excellent communication skills and enthusiasm. You are flexible and solution-oriented and find it no problem to work at flexible times.
• HBO work and thinking level
• You have work experience as a location manager and have worked with budgets
• Affinity with donor recruitment
• You are analytically strong and have persuasion
• Your heart beats faster from sales and managing teams and devising growth programs
• Reading and writing in Dutch is required
Het aanbod / The offer
A challenging position within a stimulating, professional working environment in a major international organisation.
A Dutch employment contract from 1 February 2021, based on 40 hours per week. The contract is for one year with a renewal option (subject to satisfactory performance) based on a fulltime appointment.
A gross monthly salary in scale 6 between between € 2.875,- and € 4.106,- depending on professional experience, based on a 40-hour working week.
