De functie / The role
About this role:
As part of Global Enterprise Excellence team, the Sales/Commercial Transformation Manager will focus on commercial process transformation to achieve Boston Scientific’s strategic Gross Margin and Operating Income goals. This role will support the sales organization in driving process and technology improvements across all regions to fuel our growth for the future.
Your responsibilities include:
Lead and manage projects within the Customer Care and sales support teams to improve business outcomes, enhance customer care and sales team’s productivity
Collaborate with leaders and their organization to inspire a continuous improvement culture by deploying process improvement methods and tools
Influence leaders and teams to deliver value and implement best practices while reducing costs
Leverage existing and new process and technology capabilities to support problem solving and resolution of roadblocks
Drive the adoption of improvement ideas & activities across the organization
Develop business cases and create future state plans for process improvement opportunities
Drive the execution of plans in partnership with the sales and sales support organizations. Activities may include, voice of customer, data analysis, process mapping, financial analysis, change management, program management, and customer journey mapping
Work cross-culturally, motivating teams in the development and adoption of global best practices in difficult scenarios
Work cross-functionally to develop and refine global best practices as documented in Essentials Guidebooks, global websites, methodologies, and toolkits
Influence teams to adopt End to End process thinking and service optimization methodology
Promote, identify, and support opportunities to engage Intelligent Automation, including Robotic Process Automation throughout the enterprise
Het profiel / Your profile
What we’re looking for in you:
BS/BA Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience
Experience working with sales organization or equivalent experience
8+ years of Process Improvement / Lean related experience
Proven results applying lean in enterprise-wide and business environments
Demonstrated project management and change management skills
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Self-starter and entrepreneurial/consultant mindset
Ability to build enthusiasm for change
